We ensure you that we use packaging materials of the best quality, which is sourced from reliable vendors, and ensure thorough testing of package worthiness before using them for shipping and delivery of our products.
Note: Rs.49 will be the shipping charge for all orders below Rs. 999.

How does the delivery process work?
After your order has been completed by our system, your products are carefully examined to make sure they are in great condition. We pack and deliver your products to our reliable logistics partner once they have undergone a comprehensive examination and passed the last quality check.
The products will thereafter be delivered to you as soon as possible by our logistic partner. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you to address any issues if they are unable to get to you at the shipping address or at the time you have specified.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

How are the products packaged?
Bubble wrap is used to package each individual object, and an extra layer of bubble wrap is used to securely hold delicate items like glass bottles. After that, we use cardboard boxes to wrap our goods. Following packaging, the goods are given to our logistics partners to be delivered to the shipping address you have supplied. Any damage to the product that occurs during transit to you is Sultan Night responsibility.
What is the range of locations to which Sultan Night ships their products?
Sultan Night ships to practically every pincode in India. Depending on our logistics partners, the list of pin-code serviceability may occasionally change. Entering your shipping information on the checkout page or your pin code on any of the product pages on our website will allow you to see if we deliver to your delivery address.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
Your order is processed from our concerned warehouse as soon as you place it with us. You will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided when placing your order with us, along with the tracking number and the courier company handling the order, as soon as your product leaves our warehouse. Alternatively, if you are a registered user, you can track your order by using the username and password you created when you registered to access the “My Account” part of our website. From there, you can view your order details by clicking on the “Your Orders” page.
Delivery Information
Our logistic partner will attempt two (two) more deliveries if no one is present at the address when your products are delivered. Please be aware that you can reschedule the delivery date by calling our Customer Services hotline, and we will do all in our power to fulfill your request. If none of the three delivery efforts listed above work, our logistic partner will send your package back to us.
The shipping time frame is 5 – 7 Business Days.
The Expected Delivery Timestamp Is 7 – 8 Business Days.
Notification of changes in the Shipping and Delivery Policy
To ensure it is current and correct, we regularly evaluate our shipping and delivery policy. This page will be updated with any future modifications we make to this policy. We maintain the right to amend or modify this policy at any moment without giving you advance notice. These modifications will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website.
